AI agent team
Vision Photography
A small photography studio answering the same questions all year, and trying to win new work at the same time, with the same few people.
Updated
Customer service agent
This agent reads the studio's support emails, checks the details in the photography platform and writes the reply. It is called the Customer Support Bot in the Grok app. The owner approves every email before it sends.

Names, email addresses, school names and passwords are covered.
Marketing agent
This agent looks for new schools to work with. It is called the Marketing Bot in the Grok app. It only uses public sources, leaves existing clients out, and cannot send anything until the owner has approved the recipients and the wording.

School names, email addresses and client names are covered.
The problem
Most support emails at a photography business have a known answer: where are my photos, what is my gallery password, my download link has expired. Answering them by hand eats the day, but a wrong answer costs a refund or a parent's trust, so the work could not simply be handed to an AI unsupervised. Finding new work was competing for the same hours.
What we built
Two Grok agents, each with one job. The customer service agent reads the support inbox in Zoho, looks the customer up in the studio's photography platform, and drafts the reply with the right gallery password or download link. The marketing agent researches new leads and drafts outreach emails. Every email waits for the owner's approval in the Grok app before it sends.
The customer service agent
It reads incoming email in the studio's Zoho inbox and works out what the customer needs. For gallery questions it signs into the studio's photography platform, checks the gallery, the class and the password, and lists what it verified above the draft so the owner can see it at a glance. When a parent has not given enough to find the right gallery, it asks for exactly what is missing.
Trained on the studio
The agent learns from the replies the studio already sends, cleaned of private gallery links and passwords first, so it answers in the studio's voice, with the studio's sign-off and policies, instead of guessing.
The marketing agent
A second agent works on new business. It researches and qualifies prospective school clients from public sources, leaves existing clients off the list, scores each school's fit and writes a four-email sequence that names the school every time and asks for a short call. It never collects anything about pupils and never guesses an email address.
Every email approved by a person
Nothing sends on its own. Each draft arrives in the Grok desktop or mobile app, where the owner replies approve, edit or flag. The marketing agent works in research and draft-only mode: no email, form or campaign goes out until a person has approved the exact recipients and the final copy.
- Two Grok agents: customer service and marketing
- Connected to Zoho mail and the studio's photography platform
- Every email approved in the Grok app before it sends
- Marketing agent works in research and draft-only mode
Live: the support agent is answering customers and the marketing agent is building its first prospect list.
What it proves
Any service business whose inbox is mostly the same twenty questions, and whose owner is also its sales team. The agents take the repetitive work; a person keeps every decision.
