This Is Eventful

An event company covering planning, production and content across Thailand needed one clear website that made the full offer easy to understand—and easy to find.

This Is Eventful · the website in motion

The problem

This Is Eventful brings several disciplines together: planning and supplier coordination, event production, photography, video, drone and social content. The website had to explain that range without reading like a list of unrelated services. It also had to earn trust quickly through real work, guide visitors towards the right event or destination, and remain fast despite being led by photography and film.

What we built

A responsive marketing website for This Is Eventful. The scope was deliberately focused: one public website, with no portal or app, built to turn a broad event offer into a clear journey from first visit to enquiry.

The company and the offer

This Is Eventful supports events across Thailand from the first brief to the final frame: planning and management, staging and production, photography, video, drone and event social media. The site connects those services to corporate and brand events, weddings and private celebrations, music and live events, and destination work in Phuket, Bangkok, Pattaya and Chiang Mai.

The website

We designed and developed the public website around the questions a prospective client actually has: what the company does, which occasions it supports, where it works, how an engagement runs and what is needed to prepare a proposal. Real event imagery, direct service pages, practical destination guides and repeated enquiry routes make the offer tangible without turning the site into a brochure maze.

Google indexing and SEO

The pages are clean, semantic HTML with descriptive titles and metadata, index-follow instructions, canonical URLs, an XML sitemap, purposeful internal links and structured data for the organisation, website and individual pages. That gives Google an unambiguous set of pages to crawl and index while the copy targets the real combinations people search for: event planning, production and coverage in Thailand and its main destinations.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics was planned around useful decisions rather than page-view theatre: which service, event and destination pages attract attention, how visitors move towards the enquiry page, and which marketing sources bring the right kind of brief. The measurement layer is part of the build, so future campaigns and content can be judged against enquiries rather than guesswork.

Optimised for AI discovery

AI optimisation starts with making the business understandable. Clear headings, direct answers, distinct service and destination pages, consistent entity naming and Schema.org structured data help answer engines identify who This Is Eventful is, what it does and where it works. The same work strengthens ordinary SEO; there is no separate pile of filler written for bots.

Speed, images and video

The image-heavy design is kept lean with multiple responsive WebP sizes, browser-native srcset selection, lazy loading below the fold and explicit image dimensions to prevent layout shifts. Desktop and mobile receive separate hero-film cuts, so a phone does not download a desktop asset it cannot use. Static pages, a small shared stylesheet and lightweight JavaScript keep the experience quick to render.

The details around the design

Accessibility, social sharing and trust were treated as part of the website rather than polish added at the end: meaningful page structure, alt text, keyboard-friendly navigation, share metadata, a privacy page, clear contact paths and a responsive layout that remains readable from a small phone to a wide screen.

  • Responsive public website—no app, portal or unnecessary system
  • Planning, production, photography, video, drone and social content
  • Google-ready metadata, canonical URLs, sitemap and structured data
  • Google Analytics measurement designed around enquiry journeys
  • Responsive WebP images, lazy loading and separate mobile and desktop video

The brief was a website, so that is what we built: no invented dashboard and no extra software sold around it. The depth is in how the website communicates, measures and performs.

What it proves

A website-only build can still carry serious product thinking. Structure, search visibility, analytics, performance and the enquiry journey all affect whether strong design becomes useful business infrastructure—or just a good-looking page.

Every build starts with one conversation about what the business actually needs.
