How we approach it
Most businesses do not have a software problem. They have six tools that do not agree with each other and one person who spends the afternoon making them. So we start by mapping how the business operates: where the money comes from, where the time goes, which spreadsheet is secretly the system of record. Then we write down the constraints, what the system has to do, and how it has to behave (who can run it, how fast, what happens when it fails) before anything is built. What comes out is usually smaller than the client expected: a data layer, a CRM shaped like the business rather than like the vendor, the integrations between them, and the migration that gets the old data across in one piece. Then we build it, in increments the client sees, and stay to run it.
Every build here ships with a way for the client to operate it. An admin panel is not a nice-to-have; without one you have not delivered a product, you have delivered a dependency on us.
