A UK electrical and solar installer
A UK electrical and solar installer, and a cold email programme built to find it new work.

The problem
An installer's pipeline depends on referrals and enquiries that arrive unevenly. Cold email can keep it full, but only when the lists are clean, the sending setup protects deliverability, and the replies are picked up.
What we built
Six cold email campaigns since May 2026, each an opening email with follow-ups, with every reply and interested prospect tracked in one place.
Deliverability first
94.5% of all emails were delivered without bouncing. The bounce rate fell from 10.4% in the June campaigns to 2.7% in July, which protects the sending domains every later campaign depends on.
Sequences written for replies
Each campaign pairs an opening email with follow-ups, written to start a conversation rather than earn a click.
Replies and interest
258 replies across six campaigns, 3.9% of the emails that were delivered, and 11 prospects marked as interested.

What it proves
Any business that sells a high-value job and can describe who buys it. The list and the sending setup do most of the work; the copy comes last.
